This month I spent my allowance on a wonderful experience.  Miss Nancy drove her brand new bathtub truck to my house and I got to soak in warm water.  Now mind you, a bath is my least favorite thing to do, but this wasn't too bad.  Miss Nancy talked so softly to me, I just relaxed and let her scrub my spots clean.  Boy did I feel so good when we got through!  And my parents were so happy that they didn't have to clean up their bathroom when it was all over."

If I ever get dirty and have to have another bath, I'll get my parents to call Miss Nancy again!

Hi Nancy!

Tigger & Buster received their card today! Thank you so much.  We love the job you did on them! Jaysen was impressed! And that takes a lot! They were so relaxed for the rest of the day.

My family that visited commented on how wonderful they looked and smelled and didn't "shed" when they petted them! My younger nephew even wanted to take Tigger home! We talked about it and will probably have you groom them about every other month...Thank you for the great job you did! We look forward to seeing you again!

Thanks so much for working with Belle and Bonnie. They look sooooo much better! They smelled so much better too...until the next day when they spent the morning playing in the hay while I cleaned stalls!

I really appreciate the time you took with them. It was great to not have them at a salon all day with controlled chaos!

I LOVE Ms. Nancy!  I get soooo excited when I see her truck pull into my driveway.  I'm get a little scared sometimes and try to hide my little legs under me. But, Ms. Nancy is so nice and patient with me, she just sweet talks me through the whole thing. I am so glad my mommy found her and I don't have to go to that big store and spend half the day there anymore!   ~Burton

My name is Hoss,

I had a bad skin condition and Miss Nancy has been coming every two weeks to give me a special medicated bath.  It feels so good, and my Mom and Dad are so pleased because I feel and smell a lot better too.

My name is Hanna,

I'm only 10 months old.  I have a lot of energy and don't like to be still, but Miss Nancy took extra time with me and she was very patient.  She didn't use a lot of straps to hold me still.  I like being groomed by Miss Nancy.

My name is Bumper,

I'm 13 years old and used to be groomed by my Mom and Dad.  They say that I've gotten very grumpy, so they called Miss Nancy to groom me.  She was very patient with me and she even told my Mom and Dad that I wasn't grumpy for her.  I get to have Miss Nancy groom me from now on.
